Introduction
Do you want to lead complex mechanical projects that contribute directly to tomorrow’s energy landscape?
Step into a key role within the Energy Transition Department and drive industrial boiler projects that power the shift toward more sustainable infrastructure. Based in Liège, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, from offer to field execution, in a company that values autonomy, precision, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of industrial boiler projects: from tender phase to final delivery.
* Design competitive, technically sound proposals aligned with client expectations and internal standards.
* Plan project execution: define scheduling, resources, risk mitigation, and safety strategies.
* Supervise field operations including logistics, equipment, scaffolding, and on-site workforce.
* Oversee contracts, procurement, budgeting, reporting, and all stakeholder communication.
* Monitor project progress, manage variations, and ensure full compliance with EN 12952, ASME, and HSE requirements.
* Prepare and validate quality documentation (WPS, QC files) and fulfill legal and contractual obligations.
* Support continuous improvement efforts within the Boiler Solutions unit.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in managing high-pressure boiler projects or similar complex mechanical systems.
* Strong knowledge of EN 12952, ASME codes, and welding techniques (TIG, stick electrode).
* Skilled in project planning, contract negotiation, site supervision, and quality assurance.
* Strong command of technical documentation and project governance tools.
* Fluent in French; proficiency in English and Dutch is considered a strong asset.
