of contact for employees and managers on HR matters - Oversee and
manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) -
Support recruitment efforts, including interviews and offer
management - Manage payroll input, benefits administration, and HR
reporting - Coordinate training and development activities - Ensure
compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best
practices - Contribute to HR projects such as performance
management and wellbeing initiatives Jouw profiel - Fluent in
French and Dutch (English is a strong asset) - Solid understanding
of Belgian labor law and HR procedures - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to
multitask - Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (experience with
