Mons - Contracting/Freelance For our client specialized in the construction sector, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join a dynamic team and support the design, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction and energy projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in document control and construction administration, who brings strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of project workflows and compliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of project information and documentation between teams, subcontractors and clients. Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC),and Procore is highly desirable. Coordinate and manage all project documentation including technical submittals, drawings, RFIs, contracts and compliance records. Maintain organised records and ensure up-to-date versions are stored and accessible via suitable platforms. Use Google Workspace, ACC and Procore to track workflows, manage approvals, and control document revisions. Support the construction management team with meeting coordination, minute-taking, reporting and document distribution. Ensure documentation complies with client and project-specific protocols. Assist with the preparation of progress reports, dashboards and compliance documentation. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely document submissions and responses. Supporting onboarding of new team members with document control protocols and system access. Ideally will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar Project Administrator position on large-scale construction projects. Experience with Procore (or similar) including project setup, workflow management, template configuration, user administration, and producing reports. Familiarity with managing Document Registers and supporting BIM and other teams documentation workflows. Proficient in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and enforcing document control protocols. IT literate – experienced in Microsoft Office, project tracking/management tools, and producing documents to a high standard. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Clear, professional communicator – both written and verbal – with a client-focused approach. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills as well as being detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous): Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or Procore document management systems. Prior involvement in data centres, utilities or industrial facilities is a significant advantage. Background in construction, engineering, architecture, or business administration.
