Project Manager – Chatbot Optimization (8 - 10 years experience) About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead in optimizing and evolving a chatbot that will play a central role in our client's digital customer experience. The role requires a mix of technical understanding, strategic oversight, and executive stakeholder management.
As Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the chatbot project — from strategy to execution — ensuring it integrates seamlessly into existing digital ecosystems while delivering an exceptional user experience.
Leading the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Gathering and structuring business requirements from a broad set of stakeholders, including senior and executive management
Aligning with solution design and architecture teams to ensure the chatbot supports the company’s digital strategy
Overseeing development, testing, and integration of the chatbot into multiple digital touchpoints
Coordinating across business, IT, operations, customer experience, and marketing teams
Driving engagement and alignment with higher management, reporting progress and key decisions at executive level
Managing project risks, issues, and change requests with clear mitigation strategies
Ensuring delivery within agreed time, scope, and quality standards
Setting up quality assurance and testing processes to guarantee performance and reliability
Working with operations teams on smooth deployment and a sustainable support model
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
~10+ years of project management experience, ideally in digital channels, customer-facing platforms, or similar large-scale transformation projects
~ Solid knowledge of chatbot technology and its applications
~ Proven experience in managing executive stakeholders, including preparing and delivering updates to C-level or ExCo
~ Certification in a recognized project management methodology (mandatory)
~ Demonstrated success in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels, including executives
Languages
English: fluent written and spoken (corporate working language)
French and/or Dutch: strong command is a huge plus
