Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Web & Insights Analyst, you will own the end-to-end measurement and analytics framework of our ecommerce platform. You will monitor performance, analyse customer behaviour, and transform data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence our ecommerce decisions and optimisation roadmap. This is a central analytical role that ensures data quality, supports commercial and UX initiatives, and helps drive continuous improvement across the digital journey. Main duties Own the full analytics setup including tracking structure, tagging, measurement, and data quality across the webshop. Monitor and analyse ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, add-to-cart, checkout, onsite search, category performance, and merchandising effectiveness. Build dashboards and performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify friction points in the customer journey and propose data-driven optimisation opportunities. Support A/B testing and experimentation activities in collaboration with the UX Designer & the CRO Specialist. Provide insights to the Ecommerce team on category performance, product exposure, and promotional initiatives. Collaborate with IT and external partners to maintain accurate tracking, reliable instrumentation, and a robust analytics environment. Contribute data-driven inputs to business reviews, roadmap prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Strong understanding of web analytics, event-based measurement, tagging, and data layer structures Proficiency with digital analytics tools (GA4 or equivalent) and tag management systems Ability to analyse behavioural data and extract actionable insights Comfortable with dashboarding and data visualisation tools Analytical Structured Detail-oriented Curious Autonomous Clear communicator Collaborative Profile Master Degree (or equivalent relevant experience) Minimum 3- 5 years experience Fluent in French or Dutch, with professional proficiency in English Scope Group
