As a recruitment specialist, you will develop and execute the Immune-IT recruitment strategy for the assigned vacancies and manage the full recruitment cycle of our future colleagues.
With the team, you will create, implement, and optimize an effective recruitment plan to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible.
Your mission:
* You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from the sourcing phase to the finalization of the contract.
* You proactively search for candidates using different tools/methodologies.
* You create and maintain a talent pool of active candidates.
* You develop a valuable network in the IT sector.
* Manage all the intake processes with the Human Resources department.
* Be the first point of contact for Business Managers and HR Manager.
* Create attractive and creative job descriptions.
* Proactively seek improvement opportunities, new sourcing methods, and tools.
* You have an education in a relevant field such as recruitment, business, human resources, etc.
* You have first experience in recruitment.
* You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
