Your Key Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the corporate wellbeing market. Additionally, you will be responsible for refining our sales and operational processes to set the groundwork for our international growth strategy.
This opportunity offers an exciting chance to make a substantial impact in the rapidly evolving digital health space. You will have the ability to take on diverse responsibilities:
* Drive new business opportunities to expand our customer base, including prospecting and lead generation.
* Foster client relationships for superior service and accelerate cross/upselling opportunities.
* Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams for aligned sales strategies and business optimisation.
* Utilise data analytics to track sales metrics and optimise sales processes.
* Stay current on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
We are Looking for:
• A minimum of two years' experience in software sales, ideally complemented by team management responsibilities.
• A good understanding of sales processes and performance metrics and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; German and French are welcome additions.
• Motivation to contribute to business growth, take ownership of responsibilities, and drive ambitious sales goals.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, embracing change, and aligning strategies with shifting priorities or market conditions.
• Sincere interest in nutrition and overall health, accompanied by an understanding of corporate wellbeing.
