What you do
1. Organization of warehouse activities, where you will initially work with the current warehouse management in Ardooie and eventually take on final responsibility in our new distribution center in Mouscron. This specifically involves the flow of raw materials to our production facilities worldwide.
2. Performing administrative tasks in collaboration with planning to ensure a reliable production response and actively supporting the warehouse-planning relationship.
3. Coordinating the reception of products and ensuring timely delivery.
4. Facilitating the information flow between SAP as the ERP system and the WMS module as the warehouse management system.
5. Contributing to the planned conversion from SAP WM to Dynaman WMS, in the context of relocating our warehouse to Mouscron.
6. Managing master data of products.
7. Coordinating packaging activities to ensure smooth inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
Who you are
8. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
9. You preferably have knowledge of and experience with SAP.
10. You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
11. You are communicative, proactive, and a team player capable of working independently.
12. You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
