We are looking for an IT System Engineer who will provide On-site & Remote second level support to our Managed Services Customers. Mission Be responsible for end-to-end critical incidents & problems resolution Assist our First Line Team Proactively maintain and Administrate Customers network & servers infrastructures Ensure that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security Assist our Delivery Management Team in his Continue Improvement Processes. Assist our Sales Teams on technical solutions & budget evaluations. Develop & Maintain our Knowledge Database. Together with the Business Development Team work on innovative solutions and offerings.
