In this role, you will be targeting brands and agencies to get them to adopt Spotify for their online marketing campaigns. /p pIf you’re passionate about sales, have a data‑driven mindset and have a proven track record in media don’t hesitate to reach out to us. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead our partner’s efforts across the represented markets /li liOwn the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to campaign strategy, proposal development, and campaign execution /li liBuild and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners, presenting them offers for various campaigns /li liEducate clients and agencies on our partner’s products through presentations and one‑on‑one training – Inspire clients with Spotify's full range of ad formats /li liOrganize and consult stakeholders, including peers and manager, to understand existing data and perspectives before decisions are made /li liLead conversations with brands and agencies, understanding their business goals and helping them leverage Spotify to reach the right audience /li liUtilize the existing network to organize new client acquisition /li liManage new potential client outreach and sales aiming at new business acquisition /li liAttend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads /li liEducate and guide local teams to ensure the focus is on the priority verticals and advertiser types /li liWork together and support local teams with high priority client pitches /li liWork together with cross‑functional teams to manage resource‑use on client level /li liReport monthly on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances /li liBe creative to come up with new ideas to improve customer service /li liTimely insertion of client their campaign data within the internal Customer Relationship Management platforms /li /ul h3What You’ll Need For This Role /h3 ul liExperience in advertising sales or other similar sales‑oriented roles (Media Agencies or/and SaaS Solutions) /li liUnderstand how agencies plan, buy and measure the performance of digital and programmatic advertising campaigns /li liPassion for Spotify, audio innovation, and the evolving digital media landscape /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs a plus /li liHighly customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills /li liSystematic way of working combined with a strong “can do” attitude /li liHighly analytical and data‑focused with the ability to think both strategically and creatively /li liTech curiosity with knowledge of Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience of Salesforce is a plus /li liBusiness level in English and local language (written and spoken) /li liNetwork with key agencies and clients /li /ul h3What Will Make Us Really Love You /h3 ul liYou have an eye for detail and maintain a balance of being a true team player as well as having a competitive edge /li liYou have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity) /li liYou are coachable and have proven ability to take and implement feedback /li liYou have the ability to engage and communicate with clients in a positive and approachable way /li liYou are a proven top performer in your work experience /li /ul h3What You’ll Love About Us /h3 ul liWe care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position /li liWork in a dynamic team in a fast‑paced industry of an international company with multi‑cultural teams around the world /li liLearn from the best: Our state‑of‑the‑art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising /li liRemote /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
