About the Role
RELYzIT Talent is seeking a
Multilingual IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
to drive the discovery and placement of elite IT professionals for our clients across the Middle East and Europe. This is an ongoing freelance, performance-driven opportunity—designed for those who consistently outperform and thrive in a high-impact, remote-first environment. You will leverage VECTOR7 technologies and the industry's most advanced sourcing stack to deliver results that shape the future of tech talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and engage top-tier IT experts across AI, Data, Infrastructure, Security and Product Developement domains.
* Conduct deep technical and cultural evaluations using structured interview frameworks to ensure only the best are chosen.
* Leverage VECTOR7, AI-driven sourcing, and automation tools to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor—not a transactional recruiter.
* Utilize insights from Middle Eastern and European markets to tailor and optimize recruitment strategies.
* Consistently exceed performance and revenue targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Collaborate with the distributed RELYzIT team to refine recruitment methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
* Rapidly adopt and integrate new AI tools and sourcing technologies into your workflow.
Technical Skills & Tools
* Proficiency with AI-driven sourcing platforms and automation tools.
* Deep understanding of IT domains: AI, Data, Infrastructure, Security and Product Developement.
* Experience with structured interview and technical assessment frameworks.
* Familiarity with modern recruitment CRMs and digital collaboration tools.
Language Proficiency
* Fluency in English & Arabic are required.
* Additional proficiency in French is highly valued.
Other Requirements
* 3–5+ years of IT recruitment experience, ideally within the Middle East and/or European markets.
* Proven ability to build pipelines of high-caliber technical talent.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Self-driven, competitive, and fast-thinking mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a high-performance, remote-first, AI-augmented environment.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar fast-paced project frameworks is a plus.
