Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design of SAP FICO and Central Finance solutions across A2R (Accounting to Reporting) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes.
* Review functional and technical designs, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Facilitate and lead design workshops with business stakeholders, global process owners, and technical teams .
* Finalize architecture documentation, integration designs, and end‑to‑end process flows for implementation.
* Oversee solution delivery to ensure adherence to design principles, compliance requirements, and system performance expectations.
SAP FICO & Central Finance Expertise
* Provide subject‑matter expertise in core finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Central Finance .
* Support Central Finance (CFIN) replication processes, mapping logic, and data validation.
* Troubleshoot complex functional issues and guide teams toward best‑practice solutions.
Process Knowledge (A2R & P2P)
* Analyze and validate end‑to‑end accounting, procurement, and reporting processes .
* Identify process gaps, propose optimization opportunities, and ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting .
Optional Skills – Anaplan & DataHub
* (Preferred) Understanding of Anaplan model structures, planning processes, and integration patterns.
* (Preferred) Familiarity with DataHub or enterprise data platforms supporting finance transformation initiatives.
Delivery & Governance
* Ensure solutions are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards .
* Collaborate closely with PMO, developers, offshore teams, and system integrators .
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, cutover activities, and production readiness reviews.
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO and Central Finance .
* Strong functional knowledge of A2R and P2P process areas.
* Proven experience acting as a Solution Architect in large‑scale transformation programs.
* Ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and influence decision‑making.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills .
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance .
* SAP and/or Anaplan certifications .
