Responsibilities

* Own and drive the overall commercial strategy for the region, ensuring alignment between revenue objectives, customer value creation, and long‐term business priorities.
* Translate corporate objectives into actionable regional commercial plans, balancing growth, profitability, and market penetration.
* Lead the commercialization of products and services by defining value propositions, pricing approaches, and market entry or expansion strategies.
* Oversee regional revenue performance, margin optimization, and commercial risk management with full accountability for results.
* Build strong, trust‐based relationships with key customers and strategic partners, acting as a senior commercial representative of the business.
* Govern major commercial decisions, including pricing structures, contract frameworks, and key partnership agreements.
* Steer commercial forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews, ensuring transparent reporting and decision‐ready insights for executive management.
* Partner with cross‐functional teams to ensure commercial feasibility, operational readiness, and consistent customer experience across markets.
* Identify structural opportunities for growth through market segmentation, portfolio optimization, or new business models.
* Ensure disciplined commercial governance, efficiency, and compliance across all regional activities.
* Anticipate market shifts and competitive dynamics, proactively adjusting commercial priorities and investment focus.
* Develop and evolve commercial capabilities within the organization, promoting best practices, accountability, and performance discipline.
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on market opportunities, risks, and investment decisions.

Qualifications

* Significant leadership or management of sales teams
* Proven track record in strategy development, execution, and results
* Experience working cross-functionally (with Marketing, Finance, Product)
* International or multi-market exposure
