Commissioning Manager
Responsibilities
* to coordinate and to expedite plant and system construction completion work (outstanding works) to meet the commissioning programme,
* to develop detailed procedures and functional programmes necessary for the control and management of commissioning activities,
* to monitor the clearance of defects and/or omissions that arise during the commissioning and operations phases,
* to organise and to chair the commissioning / start-up panel meetings for the purpose of commissioning co-ordination and interface management,
* to conduct operational risk assessments and to agree operating strategy with the Operations Management on waste delivery & power production arrangements,
* to monitor the operational Safety Rule Systems (padlocking, work permits and test permits)
* management of personnel arrangements into the commissioning groups for familiarisation and training,
* coordination of services and consumables provided for commissioning by the Operations Management (e.g.; staff up power, fuel oil, gas, water, etc.) to meet the agreed Programme,
* to monitor the availability of commissioning procedures to meet commissioning requirements,
* Interface coordination with the Operation Management for the supply of services for which they are responsible
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).
* 10+ years commissioning experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of underground piping, utilities, tunnel systems, and E&I integration.
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional commissioning teams.
* Familiar with HSE requirements in confined spaces and tunnel environments.
