It's more than a job We are looking for a Contract Logistics WMS / WCS Superuser to ensure stable warehouse system operations and the continuous optimization of logistics processes.The role acts as a key link between warehouse operations, IT and system solutions providers, supporting application performance, reporting and customer requirements. This position plays an active role in driving operational efficiency, system improvements and high-quality service delivery within warehouse and distributio operations. ? How you create impact Oversee stable operation of WMS/WCS applications, including testing, installation, upgrades, and release management. Train, support, and troubleshoot for administrative and operational users; attend release trainings as required. Define, set up, and monitor reports and queries to improve operational visibility and performance. Act as primary IS contact for warehouse operations, handling escalations and coordinating with 3rd parties and solution providers. Develop and manage IS sub-projects related to new customers and system functionalities. Analyze daily KPIs (orders, productivity, order flow) and translate insights into WMS/WCS parameter optimization. Define, manage, and implement change requests with IS solution providers in line with business owner approval. Ensure strong cooperation and consistent communication with Customer Service, Warehousing Operations, Distribution, and Local/Regional IT teams. What we would like you to bring IT- related education or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT-driven environment. 1-2 years of autonomous administration of IT applications. Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations, including end-to-end logistics flows (inbound to shipping). Experience with warehouse optimization, stock accuracy, and cycle counting. Reporting experience using tools such as Business Objects; EDI knowledge is a plus. Highly organized, analytical, and structured working style with strong follow-up. Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. High customer quality focus, excellent MS Office skills, fluent in English and Dutch.
