Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Management
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for dermatology products.
Define brand positioning, value propositions, and key messages aligned with medical and commercial objectives.
Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
2. Market Analysis & Business Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategy accordingly.
Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to support forecasting and market sizing.
3. Multichannel Campaign Development
Design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, print, event, and in-field support).
Oversee promotional material development, ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., Mdeon, FAGG/AFMPS).
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and other departments.
Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and field implementation.
Lead communication and engagement initiatives with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies.
5. Budget Management
Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring resource optimization and accurate forecasting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in dermatology or a specialty care area.
Demonstrated success in brand or product management with a strong track record of execution.
Solid understanding of local Belgian healthcare regulations and reimbursement landscape.
Experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy development is a strong plus.
