Key Responsibilities & Scope :
* Oversee operations across 3 country clusters: France, Belgium, Netherlands (5 full automated logistics warehouses across 3 countries)
* Directly manage 5 site managers; indirectly manage 300 employees
* Lead development and execution of regional operational strategies aligned with company goals
* Drive operational excellence, consistency, and cross-border alignment
* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Optimize resource utilization, cost efficiency, and service quality across 5 automated warehouses
* Support integration of new volumes and space planning
* Ensure compliance with HSE, legal, and quality standards (BRC/HACCP)
* Manage supplier relationships and financial accuracy (invoicing, budgeting)
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Quality)
* Represent operations in client meetings and strengthen customer relations
* Lead regional transformation, digitalization, and change management projects
Key Objectives:

* Dilpoma : Bachelor or Master degree
* Experience : 10+ proven years of experience in operations management or similar leadership role
* Languages skills : Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory), French is an asse
* Experience in logistics environments, specifically in warehousing operations (excluding production and industrial sectors). Knowledge of the agri-food sector is considered an asset
* Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
* Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication abilities
* Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office
* Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
