Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to lead technical implementations of ITSM modules in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating scalable solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and platform teams.
Responsibilities
* Implement and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
* Develop scripts, business rules, and workflows to automate and enhance ITSM processes.
* Design and build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
* Translate business and technical requirements into efficient ServiceNow solutions.
* Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities in an Agile setup.
* Ensure data quality and performance across the ITSM suite.
Required Skills
* Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom workflows.
* Solid understanding of ACLs, ServiceNow security, and data models.
* Integration experience with third-party tools and systems.
Nice to Have
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM Specialist)
* ITIL knowledge and practical application in ServiceNow
* Experience with Performance Analytics or Virtual Agent
