The Role
For a long-term consultancy assignment, we are looking for an experienced
Senior System Engineer / IAM Architect / Active Directory Specialist
. You will play a key role in supervising and executing a strategic migration from existing Active Directory environments to a new tenant, while helping design and implement a modern, secure identity landscape.
What You Will Do
* Redesign and migrate Active Directory and Azure AD environments to a new structure and platform
* Lead and support the implementation of IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem systems
* Migrate and configure SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies
* Set up and optimize Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes
* Automate provisioning and identity lifecycle management using PowerShell or similar tools
* Advise on security standards, compliance, and best practices
* Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams
* Document architecture, processes, and best practices
Your Profile
* Minimum
5 years of experience
with
Active Directory and Azure AD
* Proven experience in IAM architecture and security frameworks
* Strong knowledge of Identity Governance, PAM, and Zero Trust principles
* Hands-on experience with PowerShell, automation, and system integrations
* Solid background in Azure security, Conditional Access, and MFA
* Familiar with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, AD Connect
* Knowledge of IaC (Bicep, ARM) and CI/CD is a plus
* Experience with Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, or similar IAM tools is a plus
