Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Business Continuity Management Analyst who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join us in our Enterprise Risk Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in strengthening the resilience and continuity of our operations. Reporting to the Enterprise BCM Lead, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business continuity strategies and frameworks that enable the organization to prevent, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions.

You will be working in a team that partners with stakeholders across business units and functions to ensure continuity strategies align with business priorities and regulatory requirements. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are at the heart of how we work.
What you'll do
* Support the Enterprise BCM Lead in designing, implementing and maintaining the business continuity management framework.
* Enable and guide plan owners in designing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans across departments.
* Facilitate risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses to identify critical processes and dependencies.
* Coordinate and participate in continuity exercises and simulations to validate preparedness.
* Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation and performance metrics to support BCM governance and reporting.
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Continuity Management.
* 1–3 years in Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Crisis Management, ideally in a regulated industry.
* Knowledge of BCM frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO and regulatory requirements.
* Hands-on experience with Business Impact Analyses, risk assessments, and continuity planning.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Familiarity with BCM tools or platforms; proficiency in Excel or Power BI is an advantage.
