THE WALLONIAN SOCIAL CREDIT SOCIETY (SWCS):
* The Walloon Social Credit Society (SWCS) is a legal entity under public law which takes the form of a public limited company.
* The SWCS offers:
* − social mortgage loans to finance the purchase or construction of a home;
* − zero-interest installment loans for carrying out renovation work (either with pre-financing of premiums, in which case these are called “rénopacks”; or without premiums, in which case these are called “rénoprêts”);
* - zero-interest installment loans to provide a rental guarantee.
* These loans are intended for households with a maximum of 2 children and with precarious, modest or average incomes.
The SWCS's mission is to:
* − Allow access to property in Wallonia;
* − Enable the preservation of the property by carrying out sanitation and energy-saving work;
* − Be an alternative to the traditional banking sector with attractive loan formulas to support renovation and energy saving;
* − Support those who buy/build housing in Wallonia, regardless of land or real estate pressure;
* − Offer support throughout the loan repayment.
* SWCS activities are carried out throughout Wallonia through Social Credit Counters, which are separate legal entities from SWCS. Social Credit Counters operate under the approval of the Walloon Region and are therefore required to comply with the loan regulations as determined by SWCS and the Region.
* The counters act as brokers for the SWCS or as direct lenders, in which case they obtain financing exclusively from the SWCS.
* The Company employs around 130 people, including around fifteen in the IT and Technology Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* In order to improve the quality of SWCS services to Citizens, you will carry out the following main missions:
* Design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support operations in a C# .NET / React / REST API / SQL Server / Git environment
* Various projects (core business, support, communication, services and governance)
* Participation in the design and implementation of a microservices-oriented architecture
* Continuous integration in DevOps mode and implementation of unit tests
* Participation in technical analyses
* Technical support to the team, with a tech lead spirit
