A leading international energy company is looking for a Service Team Leader to manage a team of field engineers and drive service performance across Belgium.
Key responsibilities:
Lead & develop a team of service engineers
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities
Ensure safety, quality & customer satisfaction
Manage key client relationships
Drive performance and continuous improvement
Profile:
5+ years in field service (energy/power sector)
First experience in team management
Strong technical background (transformers, switchgear, etc.)
Fluent in Dutch & English
