You the Broker Remuneration (Commissions) Product Owner, prioritizing tasks, making key decisions, and aligning business needs with deliverables. You manage daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives in an agile setup, ensuring smooth teamwork and timely delivery. You engage directly with brokers, handling their commission-related queries and ensuring accurate, timely payments. You analyze complex commission data and report it to the Sales Management, using tools such as Power BI to inform key decisions. You set strategies during quarterly planning sessions, aligning team efforts with broader company goals. You solve problems by quickly identifying blockers and ensuring the team stays on track to meet deadlines. You improve processes through retrospectives and refinement sessions, helping the team grow and adapt continuously. You collaborate closely with IT and business teams, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements. This is how you fit perfectly into our team You hold a Master's degree in Economics or Financial Accounting or have equivalent experience. You have excellent knowledge of insurance and commissions, which prepares you for success in this role. You speak and write fluently in English and French. Dutch is an additional asset. You possess an analytical mindset and can prioritize effectively when necessary. You have strong communication and presentation skills at various levels and are assertive when needed.
