You are the face of the IT department and ensure that employees can perform their work undisturbed. You solve problems within the set timeframe, escalate more complex issues and signal recurring problems to promote structural solutions. With your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, you ensure satisfied users and an efficient IT environment. Profile: Junior/medior/senior profile with IT background (ICT, application management or similar) Basic IT knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with common operating systems and applications (such as Google Mail and SAP). Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch. Customer-oriented attitude: you are friendly, helpful, and know how to put people at ease. Solution-oriented work ethic. Analytical skills: you can quickly identify the core of a problem.
