As a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and supporting the sales process from A to Z.
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow the German-speaking client portfolio by informing them about new products, services, and promotions.
* Sales Process Support: Assist the external sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, invoicing, and customer communication.
* Needs Analysis: Understand and translate client needs into tailored product solutions.
* Post-Sales Follow-Up: Ensure quality checks and follow up on delivery satisfaction to strengthen client relationships.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Fluent in German (spoken and written); strong command of Dutch and English
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Navision) is a strong asset
