Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.
As a Marketing Master Data Assistant you will:
1. be responsible for the correct upload of the installation & operation manuals and the publication on extranet and internet.
2. check the web shop orders and coordinate the requested translations with external suppliers on a daily basis,
3. coordinate the translations of the technical drawings with your external suppliers,
4. Support in data input of new and/or updated products (either manually or via a mapping tool) in our data base,
5. accurately examine and validate your own data base input as this will be the basis for publications on extranet, internet, energy label generators, e-commerce, data books and catalogues,
6. closely follow the procedures and make proposals for improvements and make sure you achieve the targets set on a monthly basis.
Our requirements:
Experience, education and technical skills
7. Bachelor degree
8. Practical experience in working with data
9. Good knowledge of Excel
10. Good written and verbal command of English
11. SAP basics is an asset
