We're looking for a System Test Manager to start as soon as possible. You will play a key role in managing system test activities and ensuring the quality of automotive software systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage system testing activities according to ASPICE SYS.4 and SYS.5 standards.
* Apply V-model thinking throughout system test planning and execution.
* Create system test and integration plans, strategies, and guidelines.
* Coordinate and supervise system test engineers and testing teams.
* Ensure full test coverage, traceability, and compliance with automotive quality standards.
* Plan, execute, and monitor system integration, validation, and acceptance testing.
* Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in embedded system/software testing for automotive, infotainment or related domains.
* Solid understanding of V-model methodology.
* Proficiency with tools, such as, CANoe, EXAM, Robot Framework, dSPACE ,Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git, DOORS
* Skilled in scripting languages, such as, Python, CAPL.
* Experience with test management tools, defect tracking, test automation, CI/CD pipelines.
* Proven experience in ASPICE SYS.4 and SYS.5 compliance.
* Knowledge of ISO 26262 and other automotive quality standards is a plus.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide test teams effectively.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities in an international environment.
* Professional level of English.
* The ideal candidate is based in Europe and willing to relocate to Belgium.
