Solid Edge or similar CAD tools)Select materials and manufacturing processes (injection moulding, sheet metal, extrusion) with cost and quality in mindPerform and interpret simulations (structural, thermal, vibration) and optimise designs accordinglyDrive prototyping activities: coordinate with suppliers, review parts, support builds, and iterate quicklySupport product certification readiness through testing and design adjustmentsAnalyse field issues, implement corrective actions, and document improvementsContribute to design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and cost optimisation during production ramp-upCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (electronics, software, industrial design)✅ Your Profile2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (product development / industrialisation)Strong experience with parametric CAD (Solid Edge preferred, equivalent tools welcome)Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principlesHands-on mindset with experience in prototyping, testing, and supplier coordinationStrong communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working
