Manage and optimize end-to-end payroll processes using eBlox (mandatory).
Ensure correct application of various joint labor committees (PC 124, 149.Prepare salary simulations, contracts, and indexations, and monitor sectoral changes.
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on payroll, benefits, and social legislation.
Collaborate with social secretariats and support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements.
10+ years of experience in payroll and/or rewards.
~ Experience managing payroll for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
~ Trilingual: fluent Dutch, strong French, and professional English.
