We are looking for a hands-on A–Z Accountant to join a fast-growing, innovative company environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of the accounting cycle across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting business decision-making.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners while helping to improve and automate accounting processes in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full accounting cycle (A–Z) for multiple entities
* Process purchase invoices, bank statements, and credit card transactions
* Oversee monthly and yearly closings
* Prepare and submit VAT returns and tax filings
* Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors
* Manage the billing cycle and ensure accurate revenue reporting
* Prepare weekly payment runs
* Contribute to budget preparation and financial planning
* Provide insights on costs, revenue, and financial performance
* Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounting, audit, or an accounting firm
* Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations
* Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environment is a plus
* Hands-on experience with Odoo (or similar ERP systems)
* Fluent in Dutch and good working knowledge of French
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
