Job Responsibilities
* Undertake the country's SI (Sales Index) and ST (Sales Target) goals, and be responsible for formulating and achieving agent and sales target plans; take charge of agent selection and management, as well as the design of channel pricing system and rebates.
* Conduct channel planning and communication for new product launches, and implement end-to-end monitoring and management of national distributor (ND) orders and product delivery to stores; formulate the country's channel structure and strategy design, and define ND responsibilities and sales models.
* Be responsible for the overall PSI (Product Stock Inventory) management, sales forecasting and DOS (Days of Supply) monitoring of agents and channels; develop customer tiering and grading systems and processes, and manage customer upgrading and downgrading.
* Responsible for the application, review and management of the country's channel budget; serve as the country's channel internal control owner to identify channel internal control risks.
* Develop standards for joint marketing, rebates, price protection, temporary incentive verification and settlement; oversee the promotion and implementation of the country's SMR (Sales Management Review) meetings.
Job Qualifications
* Possess proficient English communication skills; have experience in the consumer electronics and technology industry, with prior experience in the MM (MediaMarkt) channel.
* Be willing to adapt, demonstrate self-motivation, strong goal orientation and excellent learning ability.
* Have strong communication skills and good cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
* Possess risk awareness, be able to identify risk points in channel business and propose risk avoidance solutions.
