Our partner, an innovative international player in orthopedics and minimally invasive surgery, is launching its SportsMed division in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity to create a new strategic pillar, work directly with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and shape market perception at a national level .
Your Mission
As SportsMed Manager Belgium, you will be responsible for:
Building and leading the national SportsMed division : defining the business plan, KPIs, budget, and P&L.
Growing the market and strengthening positioning : go-to-market strategy, account segmentation and prioritization, and creating value for surgeons and hospitals.
Driving KOL & surgeon engagement : workshops, training programs, pilot sites, and international collaboration.
Executing and accelerating the pilot phase : field follow-up, onboarding, and providing continuous feedback to marketing and portfolio teams.
Leading and developing your team : recruitment, coaching, and cross-functional management with local and international departments.
Ideal Profile
Proven experience in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, or Arthroscopy, ideally with leading market players.
Demonstrated ability to launch or structure a national operation and manage a P&L .
Strong medical credibility with surgeons and hospitals.
Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, capable of building before harvesting.
Motivated to work both in the field and in the office, ready to embrace a 1–2 year challenge to position our partner at the top of the Belgian SportsMed market.
