What you will do :
You design all flow paths and screen states with a quality, goal-oriented outcome, and you own the digital user flow from a UXUI point of view. You do so by :
* Gathering input from stakeholders on user needs and technical feasibility
* Seeking inspiration from best-in-class examples both in & outside the financial sector
* Ensuring intuitive information hierarchy at screen level
* Designing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
* Following up on user feedback gathered during usability tests
* Collaborating intensively with your dedicated ux copy writer to ensure a smooth integration of content in your design
* Actively using and contributing to the design system : mobile native & web Mobile First
* Actively contributing to the UXUI community of practice (COP UXUI) where you ask & give help on projects, inspire others with your best practices and co-create patterns, standards & guidelines with your fellow designers
Who you are :
* You have a Mobile First mindset and have proven mobile native design skills (Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines)
* You have Agile knowledge & are at ease with the Scrum development cycle
* You have an accessibility mindset and have a good knowledge of the WCAG-guidelines as well as their impact on designs & development
* You are a proficient user of the most common design tools (Figma, Sketch, …)
* You know your way around design systems
* You understand the technical impact of your designs: having a (limited) front-end development background can be a plus
* You are good at documenting your work & developing briefs for researchers & developers who will take your designs to the next level.
* You have a profound level of French or Dutch (C1-level) both in understanding, spoken & written language.
* Good understanding (B1/2-level) of English.
* You are creative and combine this with structured and organizational skills
* You are goal and quality oriented
* You enable others to visualize content in a manner that feels intuitive to them
