Evaluate client needs and financials to propose customized strategies.

Lead negotiations, offering insights on market conditions, pricing, trends, and legalities.

Prepare essential documents, including contracts, leases, and letters of intent.

Actively pursue new client opportunities to expand the client base.

Maintain and update property listings.

Collaborate with departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, and Investment.

Build and maintain networks with consultants, owners, and brokers.
*
Stay updated on real estate market developments and best practices.
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
*
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a real estate consultant.
*
Eager to join a youthful and entrepreneurial team.
*
Strong team player with a proactive and enterprising mindset.
*
Higher education degree.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
