About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our end-to-end operations across manufacturing, assembly, design, purchase, supply chain, quality, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate would have strong expertise in leading assembly of industrial machinery—especially printing, packaging, or converting equipment—and can scale operations with discipline and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead overall operations to ensure efficient manufacturing/assembly, QA/QC, procurement, logistics, and service.
* Drive productivity, quality, and process excellence through Lean/Kaizen and structured improvements.
* Strengthen supply chain, optimize vendor management, control costs, and improve inventory efficiency.
* Partner with Sales team to ensure on-time machine delivery, installation, and superior customer service.
* Partner with finance team Develop operational plans, and budgets.
* Partner with HR team to build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field; MBA preferred
* Technical understanding of printing machinery, production processes, or related equipment
* Fluent in Spanish and English languages
Experience
* 15–20 years’ experience in manufacturing/assembly of printing & packaging machinery or printing & packaging industries
* Proven leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or a COO/Operations Head role
* Strong understanding of machine assembly, vendor ecosystems, and technical service operations
* Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and people management abilities
