We are supporting two major tier-1 banking organisations in Brussels, both strengthening their Agile delivery capabilities within large-scale, enterprise environments. We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support established teams and ensure strong, pragmatic application of Scrum principles.

ResponsibilitiesAct as a Scrum Master with strong adherence to Scrum principles and ceremoniesFacilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Ensure transparency and open communication within the teamIdentify, surface, and help resolve impediments and risksSafeguard team dynamics, collaboration, and overall qualityAct as a trusted right-hand partner to team leadershipCoach team members on Agile theory and Scrum best practicesSupport teams operating in evolving, enterprise-scale environments
Required SkillsProven experience as a Scrum Master in complex or enterprise environmentsDeep understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologyStrong organisational, facilitation, and administrative skillsHigh emotional intelligence and strong people management capabilitiesOwnership mindset with the ability to assess and improve team performanceComfortable working in changing or scaling team structuresFluent in English, French, and DutchWillingness to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days per week
