A Commercial & Contract Manager is a professional responsible for contract management of projects, recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business as well as negotiating and agreeing contracts which can be worth millions.
Commercial Managers also continuously work to strategically expand, preserve or improve procedures, standards or policies whilst sticking to regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Participate in/organize project bidding, output contract solutions, reply to bidding documents, commercial letters, and other documents.
* Participate in the drafting/negotiation/review/modification of commercial contracts to minimize risks and ensure contract quality.
* Organize contract/offer review, including but not limited to risk identification for commercial application (SPQ), proposal (ATB), and contract (ATC).
* Execute the Manage contract /Manage Authority Execution & Authorization (MAE) and Manage Contract Fulfillment (MCE) processes, and act as the account PC to improve process compliance and operation quality.
Requirements
* Bachelor or above degree in law or similar.
* Previous 1-2 years working experience in bidding/contract management for projects in the ICT domain and legal background is preferred.
* Strong commercial and negotiation awareness.
* Contract management capabilities.
* Strong communication, sales and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
* Languages: English and Spanish fluency
