BI Developer – SAP BusinessObjects
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects, ETL development, data integration, and reporting. You will support the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of BI solutions in a multi-source environment, ensuring reliable data integration and high-quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
* Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including databases and flat files.
* Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, staging areas, and data marts.
* Create and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Universes using Information Design Tool (IDT).
* Design, enhance, and support SAP Web Intelligence (WebI) reports and dashboards.
* Monitor and improve ETL and reporting performance.
* Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities.
* Ensure documentation, governance, security, and traceability standards are respected.
* Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams and business users.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) for ETL and data integration.
* Strong knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Universes (IDT) and Web Intelligence (WebI).
* Solid experience in SQL development and data modeling.
* Experience working with multiple database technologies and large data volumes.
* Knowledge of environment management, deployments, and release processes.
* Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain BI solutions.
Languages
* French: Native or professional proficiency.
