We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Sales Corporate team at Marsh Belux as a Team Leader Corporate Sales. This leadership role involves managing and growing a client portfolio while driving the sales strategy, supervising, and motivating a high‑performing sales team.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and motivate a team of Client Executives and Business Developers to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Marsh Belux’s business goals to maximise revenue and market share in the Belux region.
* Manage and retain a portfolio of key corporate clients, ensuring exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for DST‑Cross‑selling and upselling.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
* Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to support individual and/ /li>

Qualifications
* Proven experience in Corporate or mid‑size Commercial Insurance sales with a strong record of managing and growing client portfolios.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to inspire and guide a sales team towards ambitious goals.
* Broad knowledge across insurance classes such as Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships up to senior executive levels.
* Fluency in Dutch and English.
