You will join a large internal IT organization dedicated to building and maintaining business-critical software solutions. You'll work in an Agile delivery squad that develops back-end and front-end applications for internal business stakeholders. The team operates with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and collaboration, following Agile best practices.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you act as the bridge between business needs and software implementation, embedded directly in the squad.
Your role
* You translate business requirements into functional analyses, specifications, and user stories aligned with Agile practices.
* You collaborate closely with the Product Owner to clarify scope, priorities, and business value.
* You support the implementation of software solutions by working closely with developers and architects.
* You define functional specifications in alignment with architectural constraints and standards.
* You participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* You test implemented solutions in integrated environments and support business users during acceptance testing.
* You support release activities and ensure functional readiness of delivered features.
* You analyze impacts of changes on existing modules and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
* You contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices within the squad.
What are we looking for?
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar Business or Functional Analyst role within software development.
* You have strong experience translating business needs into functional analyses and user stories.
* You understand IT architecture and can collaborate effectively with architects and developers.
* You have solid knowledge of business rules modeling and functional design techniques.
* You are comfortable with software testing from a functional and end-user perspective.
* You have working experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
* You are proficient with
Jira
and
Confluence
.
* You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can keep a helicopter view while working on details.
* You take ownership, work autonomously, and thrive in a self-organized Agile team.
* You communicate clearly and confidently with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
* You hold a
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* You are fluent in
