We're seeking an experienced professional to drive cyber security compliance across our site. You'll lead projects, handle technical tasks directly, and stay agile in the face of ever-evolving threats.
What you'll do
Project Leadership & Coordination
Oversee cyber security compliance across infrastructure and systems, hitting KPI targets while adapting to emerging threats
Build and manage a portfolio of remediation activities, prioritizing by risk and business impact
Lead remediation projects and improvement initiatives while responding to urgent incidents
Act as the bridge between site operations and corporate cyber security teams
Support new system implementations by embedding security from the start
Collaborate with management, suppliers, and partners to align cyber security with business goals
Hands-On Technical Work
Perform maintenance, patching, and remediation tasks to stay ahead of vulnerabilities
Manage system hardening, anti-virus updates, and monitoring tool deployments
Handle Active Directory compliance using monitoring tools (Alsid or similar)
Respond to cyber security incidents and alerts, reprioritizing work as needed
Take ownership of compliance outcomes with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Risk Management
Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement solutions to maintain compliance
Collaborate on remediation activities and coordinate rapid responses to critical vulnerabilities
Ensure digital standards are maintained across automation, smart factory, and quality systems
Portfolio Management
Maintain a full inventory of assets and applications, ensuring proactive lifecycle management
Reassess priorities regularly based on emerging threats and business needs
Create clear procedures, work instructions, and stakeholder reporting protocols
What we're looking for
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS (Windows 7–11, Server 2016–2022), network fundamentals, Active Directory, and client-server architecture
Experience with firewalls, antivirus, patching, hardening tools, and threat intelligence
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, asset management, and obsolescence planning
Bonus: MCSE certification, GMP/GAMP5, CFR21 Part11 experience
Experience & Approach
Proven track record managing digital projects, ideally in regulated industries
Analytical problem solver with hands-on remediation experience
Agile, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly during urgent security issues
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Communication & Working Style
Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
Strong collaborator with both technical teams and management
Able to switch between planned projects and reactive incident response
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and proactive
