Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
National Sales Manager
to lead, coach and drive the performance of a field sales team active in pharmacies across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Key Responsabilities
Develop
* Translate commercial strategy into concrete field action plans
* Define clear sales priorities (targets, launches, prospecting focus)
* Set individual objectives and action plans per sales representative
Deliver
* Drive sales performance and growth within the pharmacy channel
* Ensure high-quality customer visits and sustainable partnerships
* Support prospecting and opening of new accounts
Monitor & adjust
* Track and analyse KPIs (visit quality and frequency, sales results, prospecting, launches)
* Coach, challenge and adjust performance where needed
* Follow up on customer complaints and payment dossiers in collaboration with customer service and finance
Lead
* Provide direct leadership and on-the-job coaching to the field team
* Spend significant time in the field (joint visits, feedback, coaching)
* Create a culture of ownership, accountability and self-leadership
* Act as a key interface between sales, customer service and finance
Qualifications
Experience & knowledge
* Experience in
pharma and/or dermo-cosmetics
* Proven experience in a
sales management or senior field leadership role
* Strong understanding of field sales execution, KPIs and commercial processes
* Solid insight into customer management, complaints handling and credit processes

* Strong people leadership and coaching skills
* Ability to translate strategy into concrete execution
