Reporting to the Managing Director Benelux, the position is responsible for driving commercial growth across Belgium (Flemish region) by developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts. Operating within a mid-size company environment and with a high level of autonomy, the role combines strategic sales development, hands-on account management, and close collaboration with internal teams.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Ensure efficient communication and coordination with pre-sales, technical support, and operations teams.Represent the company at relevant trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.
This position requires a proactive, customer‐centric sales leader who understands industrial environments, digitalization trends, and the value of reliable IT/OT solutions and infrastructure.
Minimum 10 years of relevant and proven track record in B2B sales in similar business/client contexts, and in a hybrid role combining new business development and account management.Fluency in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a strong asset.
