About the Role
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant, you will play a key role in defining and implementing sustainable IAM strategies that align with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze existing processes, documentation, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and develop gap analysis.
* Articulate business risks associated with governing digital identities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Work with clients to assess, design, and implement IAM solutions, operating processes, and people models to address key and evolving identity and access related risks.
* Assist clients in developing IAM procedures and processes that align with leading practices.
* Implement technical solution designs that cover all aspects of IAM using leading IAM products and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* +3 years of professional experience working in the IAM field and supporting services underneath.
* No-nonsense approach when participating in internal or external conversations.
* Open and honest about successes and failures, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Appetite for entrepreneurship and ability to work on projects end-to-end.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, leadership, and presentation skills.
* Professional cybersecurity relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM, and/or working knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD are considered a plus.
