We’re looking for a FinOps Specialist to support IT financial operations, ensuring strong budget control, accurate forecasting, and smooth collaboration between IT and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
* Create purchase orders and manage budget releases
* Manage IT budgets (Opex & Capex)
* Act as interface between IT Finance Controller and IT department leads
* Own accruals management and month-end activities
* Track and follow up on vendor invoices
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience in finance, controlling, or FinOps
* Strong Excel skills (essential)
* Experience with SAP (required); Ariba is a plus
* Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Fluent in English
