Functional Analyst – Financial Services (Payments / Cards)
Our customer in Antwerp is looking for a Functional Analyst to support ongoing initiatives within their financial services environment. The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional specifications, with exposure to payments and card-related systems.
Responsibilities
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
* Translate requirements into functional specifications and process flows
* Support analysis of payment and card processing systems
* Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Validate solutions against business needs through testing and feedback
* Support incident analysis and resolution for functional issues
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within financial services operations
* Ensure documentation is maintained and aligned with system changes
Profile
* 5+ Years as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
* Knowledge of payments and/or card systems (e.g. issuing, acquiring, transaction flows) is appreciated, but if not, understanding of financial processes and system integrations
* Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
* Familiarity with testing methodologies and support processes
* Dutch speaking
