Responsibilities: – Oversee the overall delivery of clinical studies, ensuring the highest quality standards are met – Act as the main point of contact for clients and study teams, building strong and collaborative relationships – Develop study-related documents, including protocols, lab manuals, and client requisitions – Attend and present at investigator meetings, contributing to the success of the studies. – Participate in project start-up activities, such as protocol review and implementation, kit supply ordering, and coordination of lab materials – Monitor project status through regular status reports and timeline documents, delivering timely completion of milestones – Provide support to research clients and clinical sites, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise – Occasionally handle biological samples, ensuring compliance with safety protocols Requirements: – Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science or a health-related field – 1-3 years of clinical laboratory experience – MT (ASCP) certification is preferred, showcasing your expertise in the field Benefits: – Comprehensive internal training programs: Our client believes in investing in their employees’ professional development.
