Position Title: Sales Manager
Reports to Title: Sr. Sales Manager

Location: San Juan, PR
Role Overview:
The PR Sales Manager will be responsible of leading the PR Sales Team while developing a strong partnership with PR Master Distributor and Key Customers (WM, Sams, etc)
Responsibilities:
* Develop an insights/data driven strategy (Velocities, Distribution & Portfolio) to secure our Market Share Leadership in Puerto Rico
* Deliver Puerto Rico P&L Targets
* Implement the new Distributor Model in Puerto Rico by developing strategic partnership with the Master Distributor while maintaining a close relationship with Key Customers
* Develop a High Performing, engaged and agile Puerto Rico Sales Team.
* Cross functional leadership to develop the commercial strategy across channels/customers for Puerto Rico.
Scope Defining Dimensions:
* Strong cross-functional collaboration is needed with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, etc.
* Multicultural mindset to interact with teams in Brazil, México and the US.
* Continuous interaction with Latam Leadership Team.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Strong Commercial/Business Development background
* Cross functional leadership experience with +5 years leading commercial teams.
* Strong Communications and Business Acumen, fluent in Spanish and English
* Deep knowledge of Puerto Rico landscape: Costumer, Shopper and Consumer.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and agile leadership style.
Experience:
* +7 years in commercial and business development
* +5 Years of Cross functional leadership
* CPG Experience in both Distributor and Direct Models
