Overview
We are supporting a global technology consultancy delivering large scale digital transformation programmes for leading organisations across multiple industries.
As part of a major enterprise planning transformation, they are seeking an experienced o9 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end planning solutions. This role will sit at the centre of a complex programme, aligning business strategy with functional design and technical architecture across the o9 platform.
In addition to this position, there are also opportunities for Technical Architects and Integration Architects, forming a broader architecture team supporting the full solution landscape.

Role Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end o9 solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, functional design, and platform capabilities
Translate planning strategy into scalable and sustainable solution designs across people, process, and technology
Act as the central point of accountability across functional, technical, and integration workstreams
Define solution blueprints, including planning processes, module interactions, data structures, and user experience
Ensure alignment across o9 modules such as demand, supply, merchandising, and assortment planning
Govern architectural decisions, trade-offs, and dependencies across the programme lifecycle
Support testing, validation, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimisation
Drive roadmap planning and ensure future capabilities integrate seamlessly into the existing platform
Experience and Skills
Proven experience as an o9 Solution Architect within large scale planning or transformation programmes
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into structured solution designs
Deep understanding of planning processes and their interdependencies across functions
Experience leading architectural governance, design reviews, and decision making
Exposure to multiple o9 modules and planning horizons
Experience working on phased rollouts or large transformation programmes
Understanding of data models, integrations, and technical constraints
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
