Lead Solution Architect – CRM (Dynamics 365) Enterprise organization | Brussels (Hybrid) Location: Brussels (hybrid) Freelance – full-time Start: ASAP YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to drive the architecture of our CRM domain, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Power Platform. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, guiding teams, coaching colleagues, and ensuring solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business needs and translate them into solution architectures Conduct fit/gap analysis, define to-be processes, integration & migration strategies Lead workshops, mentor internal teams, and advise stakeholders Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with the broader digital roadmap ⭐ PROFILE 10 years in IT, with extensive experience as a Solution Architect Proven track record in large CRM implementations (1000 man-days) Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform TOGAF certified or equivalent experience Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus PRACTICAL Freelance assignment – full-time Hybrid working (Brussels) INTERESTED?
